Made to be simple. It does a few things, and does them carefully.
Take a photo of the box or bottle. MediKeep reads it on your iPhone and suggests the name, strength and form. You always check before saving.
Every few hours, at fixed times, or only when needed. Mark each dose taken, skipped, or taken at another time.
Photo, category, quantity, expiry date and location for every item. Search, filter, and spot what is about to expire.
Plain-language summaries from official sources (U.S. drug labels and MedlinePlus), in English or Spanish, with the source always shown.
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your medicines, photos and history stay on your device.
The whole app, and the drug information, in English or Spanish.
From the box to a reminder in a few taps.
Point the camera at the label. The text is read right on your iPhone.

Check the suggestion against your package. Nothing is saved until you say so.

Pick a schedule and see your next dose every day on the home screen.

MediKeep has no server and no account. Everything you add lives on your device, and the only thing that ever leaves it is a short search (a medicine name, strength and form) to public drug databases.
Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you subscribe.
No. It is a reminder and organization tool. It never suggests a dose, a diagnosis or a treatment. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions and check every detail against your medicine’s label.
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your data lives on your iPhone.
Only on your device. There is no MediKeep server. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, Apple may include the app’s data in that backup, under your own Apple Account.
Only a short search (medicine name, strength and form, or a drug ID) to RxNorm, openFDA and MedlinePlus, which are public U.S. government databases. Never your photo, your plans or your history.
No. MediKeep works on any iPhone that runs a supported version of iOS. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it also uses Apple’s on-device model to read labels better; without it, it uses standard text recognition.
Yes. Text recognition can make mistakes, so every suggestion is shown for you to confirm or correct before anything is saved.
